This property management company has been set up to provide the best service for tenants and landlords alike and as a property owner myself, I could see a need for a tailored approach to the property management industry. The result is a company that, I believe, is streamlined and has adapted to suit the changing and evolving market that is Property Management for both tenants and landlords alike.
We aim to keep the noise level low for the landlord and at the same time are here listening and actually hear what tenants have to say and find solutions to suit.
We believe that tenants are as important as landlords and keeping both happy and comfortable is the ultimate goal.

A licensed agent since 2009 and a history of buying and owning investment properties herself gives Donna some great knowledge about investment properties, owners and their expectations.
Donna knows it’s more than about rent collecting and actually knows about the bones of a home, what Dwangs are and what damage a blocked spouting or dripping cylinder can cause. When necessary, Donna has a wide range of connections in the industry that she can pull on some very specialist resources to remedy the trickiest of situations with the owner’s best interests at the forefront.
Donna was approached by several investors and property management companies to work for them, however “Purple Properties” was created in align with the way she feels about how people should be treated in this industry.
